Overview The Procurement Analyst – M&A Integration supports Global Procurement’s role in merger and acquisition activity, focusing on vendor due diligence, contract review coordination, and post close integration execution. This role ensures procurement related activities during M&A are executed in a structured, consistent, and audit ready manner aligned with global procurement standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, operations, M&A integration, finance, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, time sensitive workstreams
  • Experience working cross functionally in fast paced environments
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with contracts, data, and documentation
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
  • Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.
  • Corient will require proof of work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement related diligence activities for acquisitions, including vendor inventory collection and contract data organization
  • Coordinate review of acquired vendor contracts with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders
  • Assist with post close integration activities, including vendor onboarding, contract migration, and process alignment
  • Track integration tasks, risks, and milestones related to vendor and contract consolidation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support governance, reporting, and audit requirements
  • Support development of standardized M&A procurement playbooks, templates, and integration workflows
  • Ensure M&A related procurement activities align with global internal control and governance standards
