About The Position

Procurement Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Level 2/3) – to join our Supply Chain Castings and Forgings (C&F) team. This team member will work directly with the C&F team, and have responsibility for data, analytics and metrics to help run the organization. This person will be responsible for data mining and analytics to create and maintain C&F metrics for Boeing and the supply base. This position is fully onsite in Everett with occasional need to work in Kent, Washington.

Requirements

1+ years of experience developing or managing supply chain analytics or strategies
3+ years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis
Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be able to occasionally travel between worksites

3+ years of experience developing or managing supply chain analytics or strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong Project Management Skills
Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Measures key performance indicators
Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources
Prepares reports
Reviews procurement/planning systems
Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements
Communicates project objectives and activities
