About The Position

This role reports into the SVP, Strategic Sourcing. The Procurement Analytics Manager will manage and oversee several key functions supporting direct cost of goods control and margin improvement. Lead the procurement analytics departmental goals and objectives by compiling and analyzing all global spend, supplier cost inputs, and effectively applying dynamic market changes that affect total cost of ownership. Turn insight into action, driving cost savings and avoidance, simplification, standardization, and strategic sourcing decisions.

Requirements

• Degree(s) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Supply Chain Management highly preferable.
• Has a minimum of 8+ years of industry experience in Co-Manufacturing, Sourcing & Procurement, and/or Operations Management.
• Has experience in multi-site cost management of global manufacturing network
• Demonstrated ability in building relationships and supplier management best practices
• Advanced Excel/modeling; BI tools (Tableau/Power BI?NetSuite/E2Open); ERP data fluency
• Comfortable in a highly visible, highly impactful role reporting to Senior Leadership
• Is independent and able to manage time efficiently and adjust to shifting priorities quickly
• Can work well with a diverse group of people and be a strong and dependable team player
• Must be able to work well under tight deadlines and make informed and accountable decisions at a high growth CPG company
• Willing to travel to Nutrabolt’s HQ in Austin, TX as needed under a hybrid in-office model.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the Quarter versus Quarter financial reporting and annual operating plan cost tracking performance.
• RFQ compilation and analytical review to support technical product transfers, new product launch awards, and new co-manufacturer commercialization.
• Continually investigate through cost comparisons and inquiries, Nutrabolt and Bloom Nutrition’s Direct to Buy ingredient cost list, flavor systems, packaging, product testing fees, labor, overhead, and margin among other cost drivers for opportunities.
• Maintain supplier transparent cost files tied to Bill of Materials and create should-cost and cost breakdown models consistently as needed.
• Develop cost benchmarks and savings pipelines for Nutrabolt and Bloom Nutrition’s Active Nutrition and Functional Beverage segments.
• Support departmental negotiations with data-backed scenarios.
• Track, validate, and present all cost saving/avoidance, incentive/rebate realization versus forecast in collaboration with financial reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and Internal Audit on cost governance.
• Other Strategic Sourcing duties as assigned.
