About The Position

As a Procurement Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our core accounting operations, reporting directly to the General Accounting Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day financial tasks and key month-end close activities within our fast-paced Accounting Center. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our strategic partners, to help ensure accurate reporting and strong financial controls. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience
  • OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and CPA
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience
  • OR
  • Master’s degree in Accounting
  • OR
  • Master’s degree and CPA
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Procurement Organization, with a primary focus on month-end close activities
  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries and perform related account reconciliations
  • Analyze material price variances from manufacturing locations and identify key drivers
  • Monitor standard material cost data using Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Prepare monthly reports related to supplier payments and procurement performance
  • Document and/or review accounting procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting Center
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned
