About The Position

This role offers a strategic opportunity to manage and optimize procurement processes for multiple indirect categories, with a particular focus on Marketing, HR, and professional services. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with US market regulations. You will lead competitive bidding processes, negotiate contracts, and analyze supplier performance to maximize value. This position requires a strong commercial mindset, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, with expertise in Marketing, HR, and professional services categories
  • Proven negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills
  • Strong understanding of business and third-party service procurement, with a commercial focus on project-based contracts
  • Experience operating in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to internal and external parties
  • Highly organized with strong project management, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; familiarity with ZIP procurement system preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, proposals, bids, and supplier selection for Marketing, HR, professional services, and other indirect categories
  • Lead cross-functional teams through competitive sourcing, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and compliance with company policies
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to minimize operational, legal, and financial risks
  • Analyze supplier performance and market trends to inform sourcing decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure service quality, reliability, and compliance with expectations
  • Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement in processes and efficiency
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate execution
