Requirements

5-7 years of proven success in the insurance industry.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Sell insurance products and services to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
Work with carriers such as Erie, Grange, Safeco, Foremost, AAA, and Progressive.
Gain expertise in flood insurance and other specialized products.
