About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Product and Agile Transformation Coach to guide teams in transitioning from project-based delivery to a product-centric model and adopting agile methodologies. This role focuses on coaching teams, leaders, and partners to achieve practical and sustainable change, aligning delivery practices with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Experience as an Agile Coach, Product Coach, or Delivery Transformation Coach.
• Success in coaching teams through project to product and waterfall to agile transitions.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of agile and lean principles, product management practices, and delivery models.
• Ability to coach at team, product, and leadership levels.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in complex, matrixed, or highly regulated environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in public sector, government, or large enterprise transformations.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, and LeSS.
• Experience evolving governance and funding models to support product delivery.
• Change management or organizational design experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach, SAFe SPC, or ICP-ACC/ATF.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams and leaders in transitioning to product-oriented delivery.
• Support the shift from waterfall to agile or hybrid agile practices.
• Provide hands-on coaching to Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Help teams refine product vision, pipelines, roadmaps, and outcome-based planning.
• Assess delivery practices and recommend improvement approaches.
• Facilitate workshops on agile fundamentals and product mindset.
• Partner with leadership to align governance and funding models.
• Support teams in adapting agile practices to fit enterprise or public-sector constraints.
• Model servant leadership, continuous improvement, and psychological safety.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership throughout the engagement.
