About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, and designers to measure product performance, understand customer behavior, and generate actionable insights. You will develop dashboards, perform analyses, and contribute to experimentation frameworks that drive product improvements. This position requires strong SQL and data modeling skills, experience with analytics tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations. Your work will directly influence product decisions and enhance customer experiences, helping teams operate efficiently and make data-informed choices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or data science; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with statistical data modeling (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Amplitude, Heap, Tableau, Looker, Hex, or similar).
  • Knowledge of product metrics, funnels, behavioral analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to convey complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience translating stakeholder needs into analytical approaches, data architecture, dashboards, and actionable insights.
  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable building and iterating analytics foundations in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in large-scale data environments, SaaS or high-growth tech companies, ETL/data modeling, analytics engineering, AI tools, or familiarity with financial and accounting data.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with product teams to support analytics needs for specific product areas or initiatives.
  • Write SQL queries and use analytics tools to create datasets and analyses measuring product usage, performance, and customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key metrics and trends.
  • Support experimentation efforts by defining success metrics and analyzing results of A/B tests and product experiments.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent reporting by developing a strong understanding of product and operational data sources.
  • Perform data quality checks, proactively identify anomalies, and improve data processes.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for product teams.
  • Contribute to analytics documentation, metric definitions, and best practices while identifying additional areas where analytics can add value.
