What does a successful Product Communications Manager do at Fiserv? You will craft clear, concise, and impactful communications to support product launches, operational changes, and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll collaborate across product, GTM, and operations teams to translate complex information into actionable, audience-specific content that drives alignment and adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
  • 5 years in product communications, marketing, or operations—ideally in tech or financial services.
  • Experience with content tools like Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, or Canva.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or product lifecycle communications.
  • Familiarity with operational change management.
  • Ability to design scalable systems for internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver internal and external communications for product and process updates.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create FAQs, release notes, and enablement materials.
  • Simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to end users.
  • Drive change management communications to support product and operational transitions
  • Produce internal briefs, executive updates, and stakeholder-ready content.
  • Build scalable communication templates, workflows, and documentation libraries.
  • Maintain internal portals and knowledge bases with up-to-date product information.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment across all communication channels.
