Product Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Coordinator to support the accuracy and integrity of our product data within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring new product information is reviewed, validated, formatted, and properly integrated into our internal systems to support operational efficiency and customer needs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, values accuracy, and enjoys supporting operational success through strong data management practices. Location: Mobile, AL Employment Classification: Full-time / Non-exempt Reports to: Director of Merchandising & Vendor Relations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Business or equivalent years of experience
• Must have 3 years’ experience manipulating and analyzing data
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Database experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity and commitment to accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and validating supplier-provided product information
• Formats and standardizes product data for system integration
• Assigns taxonomy classifications and managing barcode processes
• Maintaining and updating product information within company databases
• Coordinating data collection to support customer requirements
• Communicating with top-tier vendors regarding new product offerings
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies
• Refining and improving data loading processes as business needs evolve
• Perform other duties as assigned
