Product Data Administrator Supervisor

About the position

Empire Today is seeking a Product Data Administrator Supervisor to join our creative and hardworking Merchandising team. The Product Data Administrator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Product Data Administration team and providing support/assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the Product Data Administration team.
• Maintain/modify price spreadsheets for 70+ markets.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure product launches and product line updates run smoothly, including maintaining databases.
• Maintain data integrity through verification and corrective actions as needed.
• Create/maintain SOPs and other documentation (deliverable calendars, process flow, etc.).
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Product data support as needed for a variety of departments, including but not limited to: Data management, System availability updates, System development for new/updated functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required.
• 2-5 years general office experience.
• Basic knowledge of database processes.
• Good MS Excel knowledge, including solid comprehension of basic formatting, VLOOKUP formulas, and import/export of data between Excel and related databases.
• Strong MS Office and Outlook knowledge.
• Strong ability to gather/interpret information effectively.
• Great problem solving skills.
