Quality — ensuring alignment to patterns and best practices through oversight and periodic experience review, and working closely with tech teams to ensure that what is built aligns to what was designed. Guidance – becoming the subject matter expert on pattern usage and approved practices, and guiding peer and partner teams to follow those patterns and guidelines in their own product contributions.
