Requirements

3-5 years of product design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating execution and problem framing.
Experience designing complex workflows or systems, preferably in healthcare.
Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and usability principles.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and integrate feedback effectively.
Strong communication skills to justify design decisions based on user needs.
A growth mindset with a desire to improve and take on greater responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end experiences for core workflows related to dental practices.
Take ownership of defined problem areas or features from conception to execution.
Create thoughtful interaction flows and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and iterate on designs.
Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback to improve quality.
Engage in user research and usability testing to inform design choices.
