Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating execution and problem framing.
  • Experience designing complex workflows or systems, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and usability principles.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and integrate feedback effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to justify design decisions based on user needs.
  • A growth mindset with a desire to improve and take on greater responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end experiences for core workflows related to dental practices.
  • Take ownership of defined problem areas or features from conception to execution.
  • Create thoughtful interaction flows and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and iterate on designs.
  • Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback to improve quality.
  • Engage in user research and usability testing to inform design choices.
