Responsibilities

End-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments.
Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking.
Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder.
Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards.
Craft experiences that eliminate work or make the job dead simple for users.
Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision across every surface.
Make design decisions that directly shape product architecture and engineering priorities.
