What You’ll Do Own the development of apparel and accessories from concept through production handoff Coordinate, track, and organize all strike-off and sample submissions Partner closely with Design to translate product intent and functionality into clear, buildable products Work cross-functionally with Design, Technical Development, and vendors to keep development on track and aligned to brand goals Build and maintain accurate tech packs in PLM System Collaborate with vendors on construction methods, materials, and finishes that balance performance, quality, and cost Track and maintain all product data, samples, and development records in PLM Coordinate testing, quality standards, and production readiness with internal teams and factory partners Support continuous improvement of development processes, standards, and tools What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree Product Development, Design, or equivalent professional experience 2-3+ years of experience in Product Development (mostly men’s) apparel Strong product acumen with working knowledge of apparel product development processes/tools/systems, including development, sourcing and manufacturing of technical products Experience across a range of categories, including shirts, pants, shorts and accessories Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Working knowledge of Bill of Materials, Specs and tech packs with experience in PLM Exceptional organization and attention to detail High degree of agility and adaptability with an ability to work under pressure and to navigate change with open mindedness and flexibility Strong communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about design Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid parental leave Paid vacation and sick time Generous employee discount Annual company offsites
