Be part of a company that values your contribution and invests in your future What we’re looking for… We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to drive the design, development, testing, and launch of new products from concept through commercialization. Lead product development activities from concept, prototyping, and validation through production launch. Translate customer needs, market insights, and technical requirements into clear product specifications. Utilize calculations of mechanical systems to design products to meet critical specifications Develop and execute test plans, including design verification and validation. Manage design documentation, including drawings, models, BOMs, and change orders. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure products are optimized for scalability, quality, and cost‑effectiveness. Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product or manufacturing issues. Evaluate new materials, technologies, and suppliers to support innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Product Development, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in product design, development, or engineering (adjustable).
  • Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Inventor).
  • Experience with prototyping, testing methodologies, and design controls.
  • Skilled in analyzing test data using Python, MATLAB, Excel, or similar
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities
