About The Position

We are seeking a Product Development Sr. Program Manager to lead the execution of new performance products from Gate 1 through launch. This role sits at the center of our Product Development & Engineering (PD&E) organization and is responsible for driving programs from concept maturity through design, engineering validation, manufacturing readiness, and successful market launch. The ideal candidate has deep experience in automotive or powersports performance products and understands how to bring high performance aftermarket products from concept to production. This role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to coordinate cross functional teams across engineering, testing, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and marketing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in automotive or power sports product development
  • Strong understanding of performance aftermarket products
  • Experience managing new product development programs
  • Knowledge of DFM, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience working within a stage gate development process

Nice To Haves

  • Experience Air intake systems, filtration, exhaust, turbo/forced induction, suspension, or powersports performance products
  • Flow bench testing, dyno validation, vehicle fitment testing, and product validation

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development programs from Gate 1 through production launch
  • Manage the stage gate product development process and program timelines
  • Coordinate engineering design, prototyping, testing, validation, and production release
  • Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and manufacturing readiness
  • Oversee product validation including flow bench testing, dyno testing, durability, and vehicle fitment
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, marketing, and category management
  • Ensure programs meet performance, cost, and launch timing targets
  • Identify opportunities for new performance products within the automotive and powersports aftermarket
