Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, client account management, customer success, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in developing and expanding AI, ML, or data-focused initiatives within large-scale enterprise software, cloud, or AI organizations.
  • Track record of close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to successfully launch complex solutions.
  • Strong executive communication and narrative skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior technical and business leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Recognized thought leader within a related field

Responsibilities

  • Drive solutions adoption for the firm-wide Data & AI Platform, proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand platform adoption across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of internal clients, guiding them from initial engagement to successful onboarding and expansion.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies and campaigns to increase reach and usage, ensuring alignment with firmwide priorities and business needs.
  • Lead client presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase the Platform value proposition and drive buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Recommend solutions to address business and functional needs, ensuring clear success criteria and measurable outcomes are established for each engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on progress, value, pipeline health, and adoption metrics, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Data & AI Platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with enablement and training teams to ensure clients are equipped for successful adoption and ongoing value realization.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to product and engineering teams to inform the product roadmap.
