Description
Work with MS&T and R&D groups on technology transfer, capacity, and continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare project management documentation in accordance with quality system requirements - such as project charter, project schedule, project budget, change control package, and capital equipment request.
- Collaborate with MS&T, R&D, Quality Assurance, IT, Production, and Finance to develop project deliverables.
- Proactively establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Manages quality, time and cost of the deliverables and maintains control over the project's status and budget.
- Provide leadership of project teams in a matrix environment (project team members do not report directly to project manager).
- Manage execution and documentation of process, equipment, and product changes.

Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or scientific field. Three years experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment. Minimum two years experience leading multi-functional project teams. Proficient in speaking and writing English.
