About The Position

The Product Implementation & Sales Support Specialist focuses on delivering exceptional product support, training, and resources to ensure successful sales execution and client satisfaction. This role will serve as a key resource for inquiries, marketing & training materials, and sales programs, helping our field force represent CNO’s life and supplemental health products. As a Product Implementation & Sales Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Serve as the SME for CNO’s life, health, and annuity products across all Consumer sales channels. Act as the primary resource for product-related inquiries from internal teams and sales organizations. Provide day‑to-day sales support, including inquiry handling, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and exception guidance. Create and maintain training materials, marketing collateral, and sales tools to support product education and sales initiatives. Deliver and support training sessions and webinars on new and existing products for the field organization. Collaborate with leadership to execute sales strategies and programs that promote product adoption and growth. Ensure regulatory/mandate changes, ensuring materials and communications remain accurate, compliant, and up to date for in-force products. The Product Implementation & Sales Support Specialist, position is well-suited for you if you: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to supporting sales teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and organizational skills. Solid understanding of insurance products, sales concepts, and distribution channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a minimum of 8 years of equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field in the insurance industry. 1 year of product or sales support experience. What will set you apart: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field Life, Annuity, or LTC certified or licensed 8 years of relevant experience with a background in product sales support or implementation within Supplemental Health, Life, or Annuity products; working knowledge of supplemental health, annuity, and/or life insurance products; ability to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
