Job Description: JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. Manager Interactive TV will primarily focus on bringing to market dynamic interactive solutions across DirecTV and U-verse TV platforms creating a 2-way conversation between brands and consumers. These advanced TV advertising capabilities leverage on screen overlays and dedicated channels to drive deep consumer engagement beyond a :30 spot. This product centric role will work with AT&T s ad sales, technology vendors and demand channels to effectively create strategic and results driven interactive ad experiences.

To make an impact in this role:

* Own end-to-end lifecycle product management for AdWorks current and emerging portfolio of TV ad products. The position will be responsible for the 4Ps of marketing, including price, product, promotion, placement

* Industry presence/outreach/competitive analysis

o Maintain strategic relationships with other key industry stakeholders such as technology providers, application developers, third-party technology vendors, outsourced ad sales organizations, advertisers and agencies

o Being a key contributor/participant in industry related activities, speaking at industry events, providing thought leadership via interviews, blogs, editorial pieces, etc.

o Owning competitive analysis and response to digital related industry developments

o Consult on current and future linear Ad Technology partnership/M&A activity

* Collaborate with all advertising support teams (sales, marketing, ops, research, engineering) to develop product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize revenue and meet operational, financial and corporate objectives

* New product development will be an area responsibility of the position

o Develop business cases and quarterly reviews for proposed products and initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive analysis, risk analysis, industry best practices and product development timelines

Current new products in the pipeline include; the cross-screen addressable partnership with Opera Media Works, addressable audience extension, DDL, VIP programmatic portal.

Working as a Senior Product Development Manager you supervise a team of individuals who research, develop, implement and communicate new products. A key component of the position will require you to provide the sales channels with updated, new and innovative products that meet customer needs, grow revenues, attract new customers and increase customer usage.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Managing existing assigned products, setting objectives, reporting performance and responding to customer feedback

* Developing measures for evaluating products and applications, including profitability, market penetration and usage

* Partnering with Field Marketing and Sales to ensure product growth

* Participating in the development of market plans, creation of sales collateral and training.

* Teaming with Operations, Finance, Customer Service and IT on sales support systems, processes, ad creation, billing and customer care.

* Consulting with Sales and marketing to identify and prioritize market needs based on revenue value, market share and competitive threat

* Managing quality assurance processes associated with print and internet products
_*Required Qualifications:*_

* Bachelor s degree in Interaction Design, Interactive Design, Industrial Design, Visual & Multimedia Design, Service Design, Digital & Media

* One or more years in product or project development

* Strong analysis, organizing and planning skills

* Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and persuade others

* Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (oral, written and presentation)

_*Desired Qualifications:*_

* Two or more years management experience in a marketing-related position

* Two or more years of experience with print and internet advertising products and services

* One or more years experience in a management or leadership role

* Knowledge of company policies, sales, sales operations and departmental functions

* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
