About The Position

Medefy Health is seeking a Product Lead to help shape and deliver the next generation of our healthcare navigation platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and engineering execution. Rather than simply managing features, this position focuses on identifying the most valuable problems to solve and ensuring our engineering teams are working on high-impact opportunities. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, data teams, and operational teams to translate complex healthcare challenges into scalable software solutions. A key component of this role will be leveraging modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, development, and operational efficiency across the organization. This role is designed to grow into a Head of Product position over time, with responsibility for helping build and lead Medefy’s product organization as the company continues to scale. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product operations in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams
  • Experience using modern AI tools to accelerate product workflows and decision-making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, or healthcare navigation platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare pricing transparency, claims data, or provider data modeling
  • Experience working with data-driven products or analytics platforms
  • Experience scaling product initiatives in fast-growing technology companies

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Problem Discovery Identify meaningful product opportunities by working closely with: Care Guides and operations teams Client Success and Sales teams Engineering and data teams Employer clients and broker partners Synthesize insights from across the organization to define clear problems worth solving and guide product direction. Help translate Medefy’s business goals into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • AI-Driven Product Development Leverage modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, design, and development. Identify opportunities to apply AI across Medefy’s platform, including areas such as: Care navigation intelligence Provider and healthcare pricing insights Internal operational automation Member engagement and decision support Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and identify practical ways to incorporate them into Medefy’s products and internal workflows.
  • Product Development Collaboration Partner closely with engineering to move ideas into execution. Work with engineers to: Clarify problems and expected outcomes Break initiatives into achievable phases Ensure technical and business perspectives stay aligned Maintain a prioritized backlog that reflects real product priorities and expected impact.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination Align engineering, operations, customer success, and leadership around: What we are building Why it matters What success looks like Ensure internal teams are prepared for new capabilities and product improvements.
  • Product Validation & Continuous Improvement Measure the real-world impact of product initiatives after launch. Analyze data, client feedback, and operational insights to determine whether initiatives are achieving their expected outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
