As a Product Management Manager – Alternative Investments within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA or Pittsburgh, PA. The Product Management Manager – Alternative Investments for the Asset Management Group (AMG) Investment Office’s Investment Product Management team, is responsible for enabling the delivery of a best‑in‑class investment platform through scalable solutions, process improvements, technology enhancements, automation, and centralized service and support. In this role, the Manager will provide leadership and oversight across alternative investment product initiatives, partnering closely with the Multi-Asset Research and Solutions Group, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and external managers to ensure alternative investment products are efficiently delivered, accurately supported across systems, and governed by strong controls. The Manager will help streamline product delivery, reduce operational risk and cost, and enhance the advisor and client experience across the firm’s alternative investment platform. Requirements

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

• Drives the business and financial results for a product or experience. utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience. through the leadership of a team managing new and existing products.

• Evaluates product for risk management, compliance and audit requirements.
• Manages, motivates and develops the performance of the Product Development Management team and key contributors including managing the performance evaluation process.
