The Product Management Senior Advisor for SAP Finance and Accounting drives initiatives that ensure financial integrity, compliance and operational efficiency through SAP modules. This role focuses on defining business requirements for financial posting and reporting, audit support and regulatory compliance while delivering solutions that improves transparency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Financial Value: Develop SAP strategies that improve financial accuracy, streamline audits and reduce compliance risk. Implement solutions that enhance cost tracking and profitability analysis. Define and Lead Business Requirements: Capture requirements for enhancements for the finance and accounting teams, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and asset management. Ensure alignment with GAAP, SOX and state regulatory standards. Product Strategy and Execution: Maintain SAP Finance roadmap and oversee implementation of new features. Monitor KPIs for financial accuracy and compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, audit and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and reporting. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred. 10+ years of SAP product management experience required; knowledge of SAP modules strongly preferred. Strong logic, deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills. Ability to synthesize data and simplify findings to solve business issues. Excellent communication skills, including group presentation experience. Basic financial analysis skills; experience with regulatory compliance a plus. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in complex situations. Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry preferred. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,200 - 188,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
