About The Position

This PM will develop our programmatic offering across Netflix Ads, including OpenRTB integrations, creative registration, and deal syncing with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). You will be a key contributor to the “Programmatic Pod” with accountability for the health and efficiency of our DSP integrations. This PM will: Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, platform initiatives, and channel partner needs. Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, DSP partners, and other product teams to deliver products that drive adoption and measurable impact. Directly engage with DSP partners’ tech teams to test and launch new features, as well as helping to influence their priorities. Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with medium-term planning to improve business, operational, and financial metrics within the programmatic team. Become an expert on our programmatic advertising ecosystem, including sales channels, internal workflows, and data foundations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience successfully executing a roadmap and launching products within the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven experience building products that leverage IAB standards and specifications, such as OpenRTB, VAST, AdCOM, or ads.txt.
  • Familiarity with user workflows to execute programmatic transactions within an ad server, DSP or SSP; experience working with channel sales and partners (i.e. DSPs) is a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding of Programmatic foundations, including bid requests/responses, deal types, and auction mechanics.
  • Clear communication skills with a focus on writing for business and technical audiences.

  • Collaborated with data science to design and run experiments to make product decisions (strong plus).
