About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics product team. In this role, you’ll lead the Agent Enablement product within our AI Enablement product family, defining strategy, driving innovation and discovery, and delivering results for one of our most impactful product areas. You’ll be accountable for creating secure, scalable AI solutions that help our global workforce work smarter and more efficiently. Our Enterprise Data & Analytics organization provides data, insights, reports, and tools to teams and individuals throughout our business and analytics community. Needs range from understanding customer behavior to financial patterns to knowing better how we work. We dig in deeply with requests to address not just the ask, but the underlying needs for now and the future to come. You'll have the opportunity to: Own Product Strategy: Define and lead your product strategy aligned with enterprise goals. Collaborate with leaders to integrate customer, business, and market insights. Lead discovery and Insights: Guide discovery efforts by using experimentation and analytics to gain insights and prioritize key areas. Lead Product Delivery: Ensure successful, value-driven delivery across teams. Manage dependencies, support agile practices, and deliver on roadmap commitments. Measure & Optimize: Track product performance, ensure data-driven decisions, and evolve the product to meet changing needs and goals. Engage & Communicate: Keep team members informed and aligned. Represent product direction, results, and strategy across teams and leadership. Provide Leadership: Collaborate with your peer product managers, share best practices, and help shape a strong product management culture. Requirements

  • 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
  • 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and make confident decisions in a product-driven environment
  • Experienced in managing multiple priorities, leading and influencing cross-functional teams, and navigating stakeholder relationships
  • Skilled at integrating diverse perspectives and using customer, user, and partner insights to drive informed decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Data and AI Products
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end product management, with a track record of driving product maturity through strategic planning, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
