In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception
to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down
complex problems into steps that drive product development.

marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to

promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

In this role, you will drive AI innovation by identifying opportunities and
prototyping concepts with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
• Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI/ML).

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• Experience in coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript), with the ability to work in a terminal environment.
• Experience with the LLM landscape (e.g., RAG, Agents).
• Experience in a startup environment or with shipping side projects.
• Experience building applications or prototypes using AI coding assistants (e.g., cursor, replit agent, Gemini code assist) or agentic CLI tools.
• Experience working directly with customers or partners to develop technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead high-potential opportunities for AI-driven innovation by embedding with partner teams across Google.
• Prototype and validate new product concepts, build the initial proof-of-concept using AI-native tools.
• Translate validated ideas into clear product ideas, strategies, and roadmaps, and define key success metrics.
• Create compelling live demos and working prototypes to replace traditional PRDs, and communicate product ideas and potential to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transition prototypes into scalable products.
