We’re looking for a Commercial Product Manager to lead the customer-facing software strategy for our flagship offering: Fault Detection & Localization (FD&L). This includes owning the roadmap for our dashboard, APIs, and outbound alerting systems (email, SMS, and voice). You’ll work across engineering, field operations, customer success, and external utility stakeholders to make sure Gridware’s core insights are delivered clearly, confidently, and in a way that drives adoption and trust. This is a high-impact role at the heart of Gridware’s go-to-market motion, and a unique opportunity to help define what 'monitoring as a service' looks like in the utility industry.
