Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients. Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems. We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh. Abridge's Core Product Experiences pillar is the foundation of everything we do — the documentation and workflow experiences that clinicians interact with every day, and the engine that drives adoption, retention, and expansion across our customer base. Deployed across 250+ health systems, Abridge has powered over 80 million clinical conversations — and that number is accelerating. Yet the opportunity ahead is massive: clinicians see the potential to accelerate more of their workflows through AI, health system expectations are growing, and the competitive landscape is intensifying. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful impact on clinicians' lives, at scale, across some of the largest health systems in the United States. We are looking for a Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for a core product area. You'll build the workflows, systems, and AI-generated artifacts that help clinicians with their daily lives — whether preparing for visits, completing documentation, or reducing administrative burden after the patient leaves. You'll do this across care settings: ambulatory, emergency, and inpatient. This is a role for a builder — someone with strong product taste, deep user empathy, and the drive to ship experiences that clinicians love. You'll spend significant time with physicians, and care teams to understand how they actually work, then translate those insights into product decisions that move our most important metrics. You'll work across ML, engineering, design, clinical science, and commercial teams to deliver outcomes features.
