This role owns the product experience that powers customer acquisition for a mobile-first, direct-to-consumer annuity business. From first ad click through account creation and funding, this Product Manager is responsible for building and optimizing the surfaces, flows, and systems that convert intent into trust and action. Along with understanding the customer experience, this is a highly data-heavy role. The Product Manager will partner with a dedicated Acquisition engineering squad, as well as Marketing, Operations, and Strategy, to drive efficient, scalable growth while ensuring the experience remains compliant, transparent, and customer-centric.
