Product Manager - Digital Cabin & Accessories
About The Position
In this position... Ford is looking for a Product Leader to drive a portfolio of innovative products and enhancements within the Digital Cabin space. This Product Leader will focus on building a new digital accessory product portfolio. We're looking for someone who values collaboration with triad stakeholders, embraces proactive communication, and champions product management best practices. The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed, will have an ability to operate strategically and tactically, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Defining product strategy
- Defining the product roadmap
- Defining planned enhancements
- Conducting customer research and analysis
- Defining new customer experiences
- Coordinating a team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to fulfill the vision for this space
- Taking on end-to-end ownership
- Successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment
