What You’ll Be Doing Design product growth strategies with a focus on user growth Optimize the entire funnel of user acquisition -> activation -> retention through data analysis Deeply understand the business logic of DeFi/NFT/Staking, as well as the underlying technology logic of blockchain, and collaborate with the technical team to advance the implementation of on-chain innovative scenarios Build a data monitoring system and develop improvement plans for core metrics such as DAU/MAU and conversion rates Potentially lead and grow the web3 team growth
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in web3 product management
- Familiarity with the underlying mechanisms of blockchain (consensus algorithms/smart contracts/Gas models, etc.) and mainstream public chain ecosystems
- Deep knowledge in web3 onchain, experience in web3 growth
