About The Position

As a Product Manager, Enterprise Solutions, you will lead capability vision, strategy, and roadmap development across Capital Group’s enterprise technology landscape. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Leadership, IT, and Architecture to deeply understand business processes, constraints, and strategic objectives — and translate them into scalable, future-focused enterprise capabilities. You will define and articulate a clear product vision aligned to enterprise strategy, and own multi-quarter roadmaps that balance business value, technical feasibility, risk, and long-term sustainability. In this role, you will operate in ambiguity, taking loosely defined business challenges and shaping them into structured problem statements, opportunity spaces, and prioritized initiatives. You will conduct deep research across workflows, systems, and market solutions to identify options that enable growth, efficiency, and innovation. You will serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technology teams — ensuring that strategy translates into clear outcomes, sequenced plans, and measurable results. From discovery through planning and execution readiness, you will bring strong product management discipline to complex, cross-functional initiatives. You are comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels — setting direction, defining value, managing trade-offs, and driving structured execution across enterprise-scale efforts.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years of experience leading enterprise product, capability strategy, or complex cross-functional technology initiatives, with demonstrated ownership of vision, roadmap, and outcomes.
  • You bring strong core Product Management expertise, including defining vision and strategy, building and managing roadmaps, prioritizing work based on value and constraints, and guiding initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • You are skilled at leading enterprise discovery efforts by engaging business leaders to deeply understand processes, pain points, risks, and strategic goals.
  • You can take vague or ambiguous business challenges and translate them into clear problem definitions, opportunity assessments, and actionable roadmaps.
  • You conduct structured research across internal workflows, industry trends, and vendor ecosystems to inform build/buy/partner decisions.
  • You partner effectively with IT, Architecture, and Engineering to evaluate feasibility, integration considerations, and long-term technical implications.
  • You define success metrics and measurable outcomes, using data and insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • You bring strong organizational discipline to complex initiatives — clarifying scope, sequencing work, aligning stakeholders, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • You influence without authority, build alignment across business and technical teams, and facilitate informed decision-making at multiple levels of the organization.
  • You balance near-term delivery with long-term capability evolution, helping the organization modernize and scale enterprise systems strategically.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
