Product Manager - Fall Protection
About The Position
Working under Limited supervision, the Sr Product Manager will set strategy, drive innovation, and manage profitability across their product categories. He/she must interact with all functional groups throughout the organization as the overall owner from concept inception all the way through commercial launch. We are looking for business leaders and creative problem solvers with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to succeed. Working with end users to discover their “pain points” and translating those into successful product solutions is at the core of what you will be doing at ProDriven. We believe our success starts and ends with the end user experience. A successful candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical and creative abilities. You will be the product category leader responsible for total portfolio management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Safety Related Product, PPE or Fall Protection experience
- 6+ years management experience marketing a product line of consumer durables through multiple sales channels. Ideally in a company noted for executive development, market expertise, and working with major consumer product sales channels
- A solid track record with proven results in new product development and product line management
- MUST have experience with durable goods
- Advanced level skills using MS Office products including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience incorporating AI into workplace efficiency
- Strong (written & spoken) communications skills at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Project Management experience (preferred)
- People management skills (direct and/or indirect)
- Broad business and technical aptitude
- 20% ~ 30% travel domestically and internationally required
