Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end product management of financial systems, ensuring seamless integration with ERP (Dynamics 365), AP (Medius) and other enterprise platforms.
  • Establish and monitor data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all financial workflows.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness, adoption, and ROI of financial products and features.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and demonstrate business impact.
  • Deliver clear and comprehensive product documentation, such as process flows, release notes, training materials, and technical specifications.
  • Gather user feedback, analyze industry best practices, and stay current with regulatory and technology trends to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap aligned with company financial objectives.
  • Clearly communicate priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders and secure alignment across business functions.
  • Lead initiatives from concept to delivery by collaborating cross functionally.
  • Drive smooth product launches, facilitate training, and serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for financial systems product strategy.
  • Present product updates, demos, and business cases to senior leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure clarity and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent role) with a focus on financial systems or financial analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to apply product management best practices, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that align with organizational goals, including market and competitive analysis.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and measure product performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and related teams.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and modern product delivery practices, ideally Agile/Scrum.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, or equivalent.
