About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Product Manager to lead key initiatives within the Fiserv for Platforms portfolio. This role will focus on enabling platforms to seamlessly integrate and scale with Fiserv’s embedded payments and financial services. You will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment to deliver developer-friendly, scalable, and compliant solutions that power modern platform experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, platforms, or embedded finance.
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Strong understanding of platform business models and partner ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., FinTech, payments) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate the product vision for Fiserv’s platform strategy.
• Drive governance activities to enable platforms to onboard users, process payments, pay out earnings, and offer embedded financial services seamlessly.
• Product Roadmap Define client segments and assess competitive dynamics
• Define business requirements
• Collaborate with engineering to define architecture, flows, and technical requirements
• Collaborate with product counterparts and engineering to define priorities, roadmap, and slotting
• Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the central point of contact for engineering, risk, compliance, legal, sales, solutioning, servicing, client success, and more
• Collaborate throughout the sales cycle to identify and close the right deals
