About the position

Empowering Creatives to do their best work is a universal goal across the client organisation. Our business users are creatives, communicators, design managers, and IT Admins. The B2B Growth Monetization team is a passionate team that drives product led growth through compelling experiences & product engagement. We use Qual and Quant data to drive business growth throughout the engagement journey by using all CC (Creative Cloud) across surfaces to build a cohesive, empathetic & connected ecosystem for Business customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive monetization growth through new user acquisition and migration.
  • Work with Business, growth and product to identify key growth drivers and establish measurements for success.
  • Develop, execute and test growth experiments to drive monetization for Teams through net new conversions, Individual-to-Team migrations and initial add-ons/upsell.
  • Report on performance and present your roadmap on a quarterly basis.
  • Drive teams to execute with precision, communicate effectively across the organization and with top executives.
  • Master usage analytics, deep cohort analysis, support data, and marketing data to refine the testing strategy.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to identify customer needs and requirements. Synthesize findings into tests.
  • Create product experiences across flagship apps (CC & DC) and Account Management that drives creative success in Business organizations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Growth, A/B testing, or experimentation.
  • Proven impact creating and completing initiatives (products, tests, etc.) to drive revenue and increase customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • A proven track record of working with design teams to optimize and create product experiences that deliver user value in the shortest amount of time.
  • You have a great intuition for business and the ability to drive complex A/B experimentation and motions forward with cross-functional teams.
  • You have a highly analytical mind and the ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • You like to roll up your sleeves to understand the mechanics of how things work.
  • You can look at a product experience and optimize in both the short and long term for user success.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ideally monetization experience with small to medium businesses.
