As the Product Manager, HIV Treatment Marketing, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating financial and marketing-related activities for our HIV Treatment Portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is adept at juggling multiple projects. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide effective HIV treatments and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support HIV legacy brands by managing twilight submissions, metadata, and PRC submissions.
  • Oversee the routing and updating of field materials, including Field Direction Memos, ensuring their availability on digital platforms.
  • Manage the Continued Use and coordinate with brand leads for PRC submissions.
  • Organize and coordinate promotional materials for community events, conferences, and major meetings.
  • Work with creative agency partners to develop derivative materials after core materials are approved.
  • Provide additional marketing support and manage ad hoc marketing requests as needed.
  • Manage financial activities for the Treatment Marketing team, including LE planning, budget tracking, accruals, invoices, and forecasting.
  • Track WO/PO status and provide bi-weekly status reports to the team.
  • Lead bi-weekly finance meetings with agency vendors, the marketing team, and FP&A.
  • Collaborate with brand leads to develop work orders.
  • Oversee yearly production costs and reporting.
  • Conduct monthly reviews and reporting for promotional materials.
  • Manage the GMOP system, including ASN and destruction forms, exception orders, inventory tracking, and reordering.
  • Coordinate estimates, approvals, and distribution information for promotional materials.
  • Review and approve proofs for all promotional materials to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Degree and Eleven Year's Experience OR Associates Degree and Nine Years Experience OR Bachelor's Degree and Seven Years' Experience OR Master's Degree and Five Years' Experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree and Seven years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Prior advertising, digital, or communications agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.
