About the position

This position is for a Product Manager III located at 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066. The role involves coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The Product Manager will support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identify and communicate goals and objectives, build accountability for and measure progress in achieving results, identify and address improvement opportunities, and demonstrate adaptability while promoting continuous learning. The manager will define and manage strategy and business objectives for minimally complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments, developing business cases, and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. The role also includes developing and enhancing minimally complex products, providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions, and crafting solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, or related area and 1 year of experience in product management; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, or related area and 3 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with developing Product Strategy and Roadmap Management and Planning.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Business, and Analytics teams.
  • Experience with Project Management and Change Management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of User Experience (UX) research, including qualitative and quantitative research analysis.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies.
  • Experience executing opportunity mapping to articulate and analyze customer problem statements.
  • Experience with segmentation, market sizing, and value propositioning.
  • Experience with experimentation using A/B tests and Iterative Improvement.
  • Experience with use case and workflow documentation.
