About the position

Trax is hiring a Product Manager, to join our Innovation team who can turn complexity into clarity, drive a well-defined product roadmap, and ensure we are solving the right customer problems at the right time. If you’re someone who thrives in B2B software, has experience managing complex product backlogs, and enjoys working in fast-moving, high-impact environments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap – Define, prioritize, and execute a clear, strategic product vision that aligns with business objectives.
  • Curate and manage the backlog – Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to refine, structure, and sequence product stories into impactful releases.
  • Be the customer’s voice – Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and workflows.
  • Learn from the data – Immerse in the data and analytics from our solutions to identify new trends and insights that could influence future releases.
  • Define and track success – Establish key metrics to measure product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive solutions, and advancements in automation and AI-driven innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into prioritized product features and releases.
  • Strong experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed decision-making and product prioritization.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies, backlog management, and release planning (preferably on the Atlassian Jira platform).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Passion for automation, AI-driven solutions, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills – you know how to evangelize a product vision and align stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering.
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following: aviation, aerospace, procurement, logistics or supply chain.
  • Local candidates preferred.
