As a Product Manager Lead within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia PA, Cleveland OH, Wilmington, DE, Tysons Corner VA, Chicago IL, Houston TX, New York NY, or Charlotte NC. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. As a Product Manager Lead you will have an exciting opportunity to work as a senior Data & Transformation lead within Retail Lending Card Modernization organization. In this role, you will contribute to our roadmap to transform our credit card capabilities, data platform and customer experience for our customers. You will have end to end responsibility and accountability for key initiatives required to drive the required change within the organization.

  • Translate credit card business strategy into adoption roadmaps that connect data, digital capabilities, and customer journeys.
  • Define end-to-end business architecture views, showing how journeys, processes and applications align with the credit card data model.
  • Acts as a bridge between data teams, product owners, and journey owners to align on priorities, dependencies and sequencing.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure downstream application adoption aligns with business needs, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals.
  • Work with product and technology teams to ensure new and enhanced capabilities are enabled by the data model.
  • Support journey owners in identifying opportunities to leverage new data-driven capabilities for enriched experiences.
  • Establish Business architecture principles, frameworks, and standards to guide downstream adoption and journey enablement.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, lines of defense and risk standards.
  • Provide oversight to ensure legacy coexistence and phased adoption are managed with minimal disruption.
  • Communicate adoption progress, risks and business value realization to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the single point of business architecture guidance for credit card downstream applications enabling card capabilities.
  • Experience with managing large data and platform modernization initiatives especially in Credit cards.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to tell a story with data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
