About The Position

The PS Product Manager is a regional strategic role within the Professional Services organization. The person will be responsible for the lifecycle management of PS offerings and tools – from local validation and service packaging through to enablement, adoption, and feedback collection. This role bridges global PS product strategy with regional delivery needs and customer expectations, ensuring we’re constantly adding valuable services to our overall services portfolio.

Requirements

  • >10 years experience in Professional Services, Product Management, or Consulting within enterprise SaaS or IT services.
  • Demonstrated success in launching or scaling service offerings, preferably in a regionally distributed model.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across sales, delivery, product, and customer success functions.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, including content development, training, and feedback loops.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting to executives, field teams, and customers.
  • Understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and experience with PS tooling, enablement, and governance processes.

  • Insurance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of insurance business processes, especially within claims, underwriting, or policy administration.
  • Languages: Additional language skills are highly valued for working in global markets.
  • Insurance Transformation: Experience leading transformation initiatives in the insurance industry.

  • Methodology: Experience with methodology design, service catalog development, and product lifecycle frameworks.
  • Degree level or equivalent business/product management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • PS Product Ownership & Regionalization Serve as the regional point of contact for the Professional Services Product & Portfolio team covering service strategy and details of offerings, overall PS product roadmap and Methodology Toolkits. Responsibility for identifying the business case, value prop, defining roadmap, and driving to planned dates, where applicable, of each in-scope service offering for development
  • Localize and adapt global PS offerings to align with regional market needs, maturity models, and delivery capabilities. Represent regional product needs in global roadmap planning cycles, escalating gaps, and driving iterative feedback loops.
  • Partner with the PS AI CoE to identify AI use cases (e.g., estimation automation, AI-driven methodology enablement, or customer insights) that can be regionalized and scaled.
  • AI First Approach As our PS strategy will be to take an AI based approach to new content, take an AI centric approach to creating new PS products & solutions. Adept at modern AI technology and can convert PS Product needs into AI interpretable context models and prompts to evolve our method for creating content and solutions. Ability to translate requirements into metadata which can be used to feed AI code-generation tools to create PS Solutions Able to dissect larger scopes of work into smaller, more manageable modular pieces in order to better manage agentic workflows Adept at creating context models and prompts Possesses AI proficiency to build roadmap and library of PS AI based solutions,, easing maintenance and ensuring PS can quickly adapt and tailor our solutions to market needs
  • Implementation Enablement & Adoption Partner with Portfolio Office in defining and delivering enablement needs to the wider PS audience, including Regional Delivery Leads, Practices, and Engagement Managers to drive awareness, training, and utilization of services products and tools. Monitor and track adoption KPIs for offerings and methodologies within the region. Ensure each service offering is equipped with current collateral, templates, pricing structures, and customer positioning guidance. Enable adoption of AI-infused delivery accelerators (e.g., story generators, blueprint builders, or backlog automation) through regional training and customer pilots.
  • Value Delivery & Customer Impact Define and track regional success metrics, such as attach rates, implementation efficiency, revenue contribution from packaged services, and margin performance. Work with the Customer Success and Value teams to ensure post-go-live feedback and 360 KPIs are collected and used to evolve the regional portfolio. Capture customer case studies and tangible value outcomes to reinforce market positioning and reusability. Leverage AI-driven analytics (via AI CoE partnerships) to measure value realization and uncover predictive insights on delivery efficiency and risk.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Works with the Portfolio Office as part of the launch team and acts as the regional liaison to Sales, CS, Partners, PMO, and Delivery Excellence, supporting new offering launches, training, and performance analysis. Enable regional Business Development Executives (BDEs) and sales engineers with content and positioning strategies for service offerings. Work with the Services Solutions team to pilot AI-enabled tools or delivery enhancements and assess regional fit. Collaborate with the PS AI CoE to operationalize new AI microservices, ensuring regional delivery teams are trained and customers benefit from faster, more accurate, and value-aligned implementations.
  • Innovation, & Continuous Improvement Capture and champion regional innovation ideas, service gaps, or partner-led solutions that could inform future product management roadmaps. Actively lead internal retrospectives and roadmap reviews to improve field-readiness and feedback loops.
  • Solution Backlog Management & Investment Governance Own the triage and prioritization of the regional portions of the solution backlog, collaborating with delivery and sales teams to identify high-impact opportunities. Develop compelling business cases for proposed solutions, including projected value, strategic alignment, resource estimates, and success metrics. Coordinate and/or lead technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) or early pilots to validate feasibility and customer impact. Prepare investment board presentation materials, ensuring clear articulation of scope, benefits, risks, and required funding or support. Include AI-related solutions and pilots as defined parts of backlog governance. Work directly with the PS AI CoE on feasibility and POC’s to aid investment and prioritization.
