The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Principal Product Manager to work with internal and external customers to deliver best-in-class service at scale, advancing the Operator Console for Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy. Your primary objective will be to spearhead the strategy and technical requirements to improve the integrated controls, enable a unified visibility and monitoring enhancements with full API and automation support. This requires managing key stakeholder relationships and interacting with the Service teams to verify the goals and objectives. This will require good communication and organizational skills to ensure we have the right prioritization. Both technical and product knowledge is required as you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of determining the appropriate path forward. Understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience. With good organization skills you will help colleagues stay focused on the right priorities while providing insights and direction to leadership A successful candidate will have a passion for product management and has strong experience with platform capabilities, user interfaces, API’s, and productizing capabilities. Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics. Equally important is a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication.
