The Uber One team is looking for a strategic yet scrappy product leader to transform how members discover and use the benefits they've signed up for. Our mission is simple: ensure every member understands the value of Uber One - and help guide them to make the most of it. With more than 40M members globally, we've only just begun to unlock the potential of what a world-class membership can mean for Uber. As the Benefit Lifecycle PM for Uber One, you'll focus on building seamless benefit onboarding experiences - including education and usage prompts - that make members confident in how to get value from their plan. You'll design and pilot new ways to spark cross-line-of-business (XLOB) usage, experimenting with non-incentivized badges, milestones, and challenges built around our existing benefit suite. Your work will shape how members learn, engage, and grow with Uber One from day one. You'll combine creativity, research, and data-driven insights to create onboarding flows and educational touchpoints that feel personalized, relevant, and delightful. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Uber - Rides, Eats, and beyond - to integrate benefit awareness directly into the member journey, making the value of Uber One clear and undeniable no matter where a user's attention lands.   • Building and refining the Uber One member experience that captures new users and drives engagement
  • Enhancing user engagement for our members by creating an educational and informative onboarding experience that creates awareness about each benefit and value it brings.
  • Defining, owning, and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional counterparts (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and more).
  • Partnering with a dedicated team of engineers to communicate product requirements, oversee feature builds, and ensure timely releases.
  • Working with other teams, like core product, user research and design, to develop product specifications that enhance our membership program.
  • Running experiments and monitoring the performance of new features to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for iteration.
  • 3+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products.
  • Prior experience setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
  • Creative thinking about how to make features and experiences engaging and fun for users.
  • Continuous gathering of research and insights to drive deeper engagement across the Uber platform.
  • Ability to use data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
  • Collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of products.
  • Ability to craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and quarterly roadmap.
  • Passionate about building businesses, not just features.
  • Execution and outcome-focused, curious and teachable.
  • Demonstrated customer obsession with a clear track record of delivering elegant solutions for true user problems.
  • High standards for contributions, people you work with, and products you work on.
  • Experience running experiments to assess the effectiveness of releases and iterating on features based on key business metrics.
  • Previous subscription experience launching products across global markets.
  • Eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program.
