About The Position

You will lead the development and delivery of product marketing plans in the Philippines. You will work closely with sales, medical, access and cross-functional partners to translate customer insight into clear plans. We value curiosity, collaboration and practical problem solving. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, pharmacy, life sciences, business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand or product marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Practical use of marketing analytics and performance measurement to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino communications skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree specifically in Marketing, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
  • Experience working on vaccine, specialty or general medicines brands.
  • Background in launching new products or major campaign rollouts.
  • Familiarity with multichannel marketing tools and digital campaign execution.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation with global and regional teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and deliver under tight timelines while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer and market insights into clear local product strategies and annual brand plans.
  • Lead execution of integrated campaigns across digital and face-to-face channels to reach healthcare professionals and other customers.
  • Work with medical colleagues to gather clinical insights and ensure compliance with ethical standards and promotion codes.
  • Collaborate with sales and field teams to embed campaigns, collect feedback and adjust tactics for better customer engagement.
  • Manage local events, congress participation and relationships with third-party vendors and agencies for smooth implementation.
  • Monitor performance using data and analytics, and recommend actions to improve reach, engagement and commercial impact.
