Product Manager

About the position

Product Manager - Define, own and deliver the next generation of Apex's technology stack and tools to support Apex's capabilities and value proposition to clients and prospects. Drive prioritization and requirements definition for strategic initiatives and product priorities to deliver key business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple product management processes, establishes priorities, and coordinates with teams to create schedules throughout the product life cycle.
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collate detailed requirements and define User Stories in collaboration with internal and external customers.
• Work with development team to deliver against these in an Agile context and to ratify proposed technical solutions, including testing new functionality.
• Prioritize requests to drive growth and maximize profitability.
• Work collaboratively with various internal and external teams to resolve dependencies.
• Interact with clients to validate demand and verify the accuracy of the planned workflows.
• Promote adoption of the completed product and provide training tools/documentation to drive successful use.
• Constantly collaborates with other departments to build trust and understanding.
• Support Sales/Relationship Management in customer meetings and calls as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in business, business administration, finance, computer science or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in product management.
• Special skills - leading product development teams through complex enterprise initiatives; SaaS / Cloud Architecture, API platform, legacy app consolidation and Agile practices.
