As the central point of contact for all CXone-related topics, you will need to have sound technical knowledge, great leadership, and mentoring skills, and bring experience to the workstream that enables the teams to achieve its goals. You will work closely with all other workstreams to enable their participation and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines, including assisting with escalations and commitments from leadership. Working with other managers, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the strategies, processes, and systems, to take a hands-on approach to ensuring product development goals are achieved. - Plan and manage the rollout process for new CXone products or product changes.
