Responsibilities

  • Becoming the Solution Guru: Understand the market pain points our customers face and articulate how Prove solutions solve those problems.
  • Defining the 'What' and the 'Why': Work with Product & Engineering teams to define the scope, inputs, outputs, and unique value proposition for solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Champion: Collaborate with Sales, Product Growth, and Marketing to create solution briefs, battlecards, and user flows.
  • Feedback Loop Operator: Gather feedback from customers and sales to iterate on messaging and solutions.
  • The Problem-Solver: Identify roadblocks that might hinder market fit or revenue impact and propose solutions.
  • Compliance & Risk Awareness: Understand the regulatory landscape and ensure solutions help clients meet their obligations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in product management, product marketing, strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology context.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a product analyst or product manager in a fast-paced scaling environment.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to craft market-facing product positioning, messaging, content, and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience growing an existing product line and building new, valuable products and features.
  • Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a high growth startup with quickly expanding teams and aggressive revenue growth plans.
  • Experience in high growth/pre-IPO Technology companies is a plus.
