Disney Streaming is looking for a Product Marketing Assistant Manager to support Disney+ and the Disney Bundle Product Marketing Growth and Commerce efforts, focusing especially on upgrades and monetization. This person will play a vital role in crafting Disney+ and Disney Bundle Product Marketing strategy, partnering closely with Product, Data Analytics, Programming, and Lifecycle Marketing teams, and helping bring said strategies to life across marketing and product touchpoints globally. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of and a passion for the digital media and entertainment landscape. While this role will focus primarily on driving existing subscribers into our higher priority plans, the candidate should have a clear understanding of the full user experience journey and marketing funnel and be knowledgeable about designing experiments and deriving insights from data with the ultimate goal of growing an engaged audience across our plan types. A high-level understanding of Product and technical teams is essential as this candidate will be expected to partner and negotiate with those teams to prioritize and align on the best solution for the consumer, applying learnings throughout upgrade flows. The Product Marketing Assistant Manager needs to be an exceptional collaborator and communicator, who is able to manage several concurrent projects across many markets globally. Attention to detail is also extremely important. The candidate should be passionate about Disney and the Disney Bundle brands (Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN), as well as our growing portfolio of plans and entertainment partners.
