Be part of what truly makes us special and impactful. The Opportunity USAA is seeking a dedicated Product Marketing Lead to join the Life Insurance Marketing Team. As a Product Marketing Lead, you will support the end-to-end marketing strategy for Life Company products. You will lead how we go to market for a product line, partner with internal business partners, leaders and subject matter experts as well as external agency partners that support creative & campaign development. You will use data to drive your recommendations and decisions and represent marketing actions as part of the end-to-end product sales funnel. You will be responsible for making budget & allocation decisions and deliver performance analysis, results and recommendations to Life Company leadership. The Product Marketing team sets the strategic plan for marketing support and acquisition of Life Company products. Product marketers work with Creative, Channel Management, Digital and analytics partners to develop the marketing vision, messaging and implementation driving member activity throughout all levels of the sales funnel. Successful team members are highly collaborative, are performance motivated and work well in a matrix-leader environment. Personal accountability and being results oriented are a must. The Product Marketing team acquires new accounts, shapes and implements product-specific marketing strategies, focus on performance metrics, and deliver measurable results. Product marketers accelerate growth through continuous test-and-learn agenda, improvement of paid marketing efforts, and expert allocation of marketing investments. The team will ideate, plan, launch, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive sustainable growth at efficient Cost per Account (CPAs). Accountable for a large marketing budget and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Brand, Product, Risk, and Analytics to drive growth via both new-to-USAA members as well as cross-selling to existing members. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based on the San Antonio, TX; Colorado Springs, CO; Tampa, FL; Charlotte, NC; Chesapeake, VA. or Plano, TX. campus . Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
